The best way I can describe Coaching is when I hiked Half Dome in Yosemite National Park (probably one of the greatest physical achievements in my lifetime, if I can toot my horn a bit). During my ascent up the mountain, I quickly learned I had the most energy and motivation to keep moving forward when I had someone guiding and trekking through the mountain with me. But not just anyone, the type of person who would tenaciously scale the dome 400 feet up the summit together. This person, my coach, was the voice I heard beside me to encourage me to keep going when I got tired. To look ahead and point out rocky obstacles, or where I could place my feet on solid ground. To cheer me on when I needed that final push to the top. And to the top I did climb. The view was glorious.  But I have to say, the best view was me, feeling accomplished and literally on the top of the world.

This is what Coaching means to me. Whatever your desired outcome or goal may be, I am committed to walking this journey with you. What I can offer is a new view from a different vantage point, to cheer you on, to explore, and to be your champion through this new adventure.
